Abertis, through its subsidiary in Brazil, Arteris, sponsors the first retrospective of Joan Miró to travel to Brazil ever. The exhibition is titled “Joan Miró. A força da matéria” and gathers a total of 114 works by the artist, including paintings, drawings, sculptures and graphic artworks made between 1931 and 1981. These works are part of the collections of the Fundació Joan Miró (66 of the total), and those of private individuals.

The “Velázquez” exhibition, sponsored by Abertis through its subsidiary in France, Sanef, has become one of the cultural events of the year in Paris, averaging almost 5,000 visitors a day, which are record figures.

According to a study carried out by Ribas y Asociados law firm and published in the Spanish newspaper Expansión, Abertis is the company that most clearly dictates in its Code of Ethics the boundaries that may not be crossed by any member of the organisation, in addition to precisely defining its corporate obligations and ethical principles.

Under the title The elderly, driving at 70 and 80, recognised experts, policymakers and medical experts spent the morning debating on road safety for the over 70s in the different roles they may have during journeys (as drivers, passengers or pedestrians).
