El director general de Tráfico, Pere Navarro, aseguró ayer que, desde la entrada en vigor del carnet por puntos, se ha experimentado una mejora en el comportamiento responsable de los conductores. Pere Navarro, que clausuró ayer el ciclo Movilidad Responsable. Valores en movimiento, calificó de “revolución silenciosa” el auge que está teniendo en nuestra sociedad el esfuerzo por alcanzar hábitos de movilidad vial responsable, que están cobrando un notable protagonismo en los últimos años. El director general de Tráfico destacó la importancia de impartir una “educación vial basada en los valores; con ella, los efectos positivos llegarán solos”, enfatizó.
