Following the closure of the Erasmus+ EduBioMed project, on capacity building for education and research applied to Mediterranean biosphere reserves, UNESCOMED has taken up its baton and its motto: "It's time to learn from biosphere reserves".
Therefore, from the UNESCOMED website, an interactive platform for the exchange of knowledge on Mediterranean biosphere reserves, we are launching a new series of training videos on biosphere reserves as part of the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) produced in the framework of the EduBioMed project.
The series of short videos, which includes an initial inspirational lecture and 28 educational talks organised in 5 modules, will be published fortnightly starting this January 2023 in the resources/multimedia section of our website. The EduBioMed MOOC has involved 14 organisations and 22 trainers specialised in sustainability and biosphere reserves on an international scale.
In addition, we would like to offer our managers and partners the possibility to promote other events related to the main topics related to biosphere reserves. If your biosphere reserve or related organisation is interested in advertising your events, training materials or activities on our website, you can contact us by sending an email to unescomedcenter@fundacioabertis.org
