Compromiso con la Biodiversidad es el título de la noticia que publica ABC sobre el Centro Internacional de Reservas de la Biosfera Mediterráneas. En él, se hace especial incidencia en la renovación del convenio del gobierno español con el UNESCOMED, y se describen las próximas actividades que llevaremos a cabo.
Entre otras, avanza la inauguración del Máster de Sostenibilidad Ambiental, Económica y Social del ICTA, con la participación de unos sesenta estudiantes internacionales.
Además de la información sobre UNESCOMED, se publica una entrevista con los doctores Roser Maneja, Martí Boada y Miguel Clüsener-Godt, expertos del programa MaB (Hombre y Biosfera) de la Unesco, sobre el 50 aniversario del programa.

The Journal of protected mountain areas research and management publishes an article on governance processes in the Arganareda Biosphere Reserve in Morocco. The results of the research point to a complex network of actors in the Reserve and the importance of informal collaboration networks in the development of action plans.

Edu-BioMed partners have drafted a set of guidelines for Mediterranean Higher Education Institutions with the aim to further build their capacity to provide education in and around the topic of Biosphere Reserves and set the basis for future curricula development opportunities.
